WPS - Documentation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) after qualifying the WPQR as instruction for welding personnel to carry out sound welds on client or ASHWELD Templates 

WPQ - Welders Performance Qualification (WPQ) to approved welding procedures at Client premises only to all standards/ Codes including AS/NZS ISO 9606.1.2017.

 Pressure Test Reports: Witness pressure vessel/pipes testing and issue reports.

  ASHWELD inspectors prepare (Document) /Review QA/QC documentation i.e. Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) Job Safety & Environment Analysis (JSEA) Safe or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Work Methodology – generic or task specific.

 Safety Audits/ Investigation and Reports (ASHWELD Template or Client) by Qualified /certified Auditor. In- house audits for customers/clients to prepare for compliance to Internal audits AS/NZS ISO 3834 and AS/NZS 5131 for CERTIFICATION by approved certifiers.  

Onsite Welding Supervision (Supervision to AS1796 Cert 10 – Pressure Welding & AS2214- Structural Welding)  

  Welding Inspectors are to certified Senior Welding Inspector (CSWI) and Welding Inspector (WI) AS1796 Certification of Welders, Welding Supervisors and Welding Inspectors CERTIFCATE 11 by WELD AUSTRALIA (formally WTIA- Welding Technology Institute of Australia). Provide visual inspection services with written worksheets and reports on all types of Structural fabrication & welding as well as Pressure Vessels at client premises or site.

 Certified Structural Steel Welding Supervisors (AS 2214) (CSSWS)/Certified Pressure Equipment Welding Supervisor (AS 1796) (CPEWS) Supervisor or Certified International Welding Specialist (CIWS) 

Coating Inspector “HOT DIP GALVANISING INSPECTOR”. Provide galvanising inspection for at galvanising facility or at client workshops/site.

Calibration or Validation: of welding machines, Electrical Safety Checks - Testing & Tag of electrical equipment single phase & 3 phase

Non-Conformance reports, root cause analysis and Corrective action plan/advise and closure. 

ASHWELD Inspector/supervisor provides welding/ fabrication related technical advice in accordance with standards or codes. Investigation reports and consultation services on all welding & Fabrication related activities.
